Write for us
We welcome considered contributions about movement in city life, written for general readers and grounded in useful, adaptable ideas. Send a short proposal through the Contact page rather than a finished article.
Ideas that fit
Pitch a focused subject connected to city routines, shared spaces, accessible movement, habits or planning. A strong idea answers a clear reader question and offers a distinct angle, rather than trying to cover every aspect of urban activity at once.
What to include
Briefly explain the proposed subject, the reader it would help and the central idea or steps the piece would offer. Tell us why the topic suits Urban Training Journal and flag any uncertainty or expertise the subject would require. Do not send private information or claim qualifications you do not hold.
How to send a proposal
Use the Contact page and select the editorial question option. Proposals are reviewed for fit and clarity; sending one does not guarantee publication. Please do not submit work that relies on unsafe instructions, unsupported claims or professional advice.
Movement belongs in ordinary city life.
A little more movement need not begin with a grand plan. We focus on choices that feel possible in the streets, rooms and routines already around you.
